We sell our items complying to Amazon's regulations and we sent you the item within the date accordingly.
Since the item is high-ticketed, we sent it by EMS which provides the tracking and insurance.
We shipped the parcel on May 27 and it supposed to be delivered by May 31.
Amazon supposed to send you the tracking number by email.
If you could not receive the parcel because of your absence, we cannot have the responsibility for the delay.
Couldn't you let us know earlier ?

I have kept the shipping schedule.

However, you didn’t go to the post office to pick it up, did you?
Though we are not insisting that we will not refund your paid money, we cannot make the refund till the item returns to us.

As I mentioned on your first enquiry, the purchase would be at the Post office. However, it seems you did not go to collect it. We cannot refund your money until the item is returned back to us.
The requirements of your request has been confirmed on Amazon. The regulations states that an item must be checked and returned to the prior seller with a deduction for the shipping/postage before the purchaser can get a refund.
I apologize for the inconvenience, but only after verfying the condition of the product and deducting the cost of return shipping can the refund be available.
