私どもは、Amazonのルールに従って商品を販売しています。
私どもは商品の出荷予定を守りました。
高価な商品ですので、追跡NOと保険と補償のあるEMSを使いました。
商品は5月27日に出荷して5月31日には到着しています。
追跡NOもAmazonから通知されている筈です。
郵便局からのメールを受け取れなかったのは、
お客様のミスではありませんか？
もっと早くに、私どもに問いあわせ出来ませんでしたか？

And because it was very expensive item, we have shipped it using EMS which provided the insurance and warranty

There should be the tracking number informed to you from Amazon.
We are sorry to say that was it your responsibility for receiving the notification from the post office?

自分も一回指摘を受けたのですが、文頭にButやAndやAlsoが付くことはないようです。ただ、ネイティブでもやる人は普通にいるのでそこまで気にすることもないかもしれませんが。。。
