6月27日に注文したM2が顧客から返品されて来ました。
原因は商品サイズが違うからです。
このサイズはM1と同じです。
しかし素材はアルミニウムです。
M2は以下のサイズですよね？
今手元にあるM2は御社のホームページの中にはない規格の製品です。
写真を添付しました。
スペックの正しいM2を送って下さい。
W1の返送費用は最安のFedExで約$170です。
私の方で修理するのは難しいです。
しかし、詳しい手順が分かればなんとかなるかもしれません。
修理できる保証はできませんが。。
良い案ありますか？
