6月27日に注文したM2が顧客から返品されて来ました。
原因は商品サイズが違うからです。
このサイズはM1と同じです。
しかし素材はアルミニウムです。

M2は以下のサイズですよね？

今手元にあるM2は御社のホームページの中にはない規格の製品です。
写真を添付しました。

スペックの正しいM2を送って下さい。

W1の返送費用は最安のFedExで約$170です。
私の方で修理するのは難しいです。
しかし、詳しい手順が分かればなんとかなるかもしれません。
修理できる保証はできませんが。。
良い案ありますか？

M2 we ordered on June 27 was returned to us from our customer.
It is because this product has a different size.
The size of this product is the same as that of M1, but the material is aluminium.

I assume that the size of M2 should be as follows:

The specifications of the M2 we have at hand are different from those shown on your home page.
For your reference, we are attaching a photo of this product.

Please send M2 having the correct specifications.

The return shipping cost is about $170 if we use the lowest charge provided by FedEX.
It is difficult for us to repair it on our side.

However, if we get the detailed procedure to fix it, we can manage to, though we cannot assure you that we can.
