About the item, tranport company will pay for the amount of the item and the problem was solved, and I have not seen the item.

Thank you for your reply! In regards to the item, the matter has been resolved as I will have the price of the item compensated for by the freight company. I haven't been able to see the actual item but I have been told that its in a terrible state. Unfortunately I don't even have a photo. I am truly sorry.
