購入時の商品ページでは日本へ送ることが可能になっていたのですが、
決済の画面では送れなくなっていました。
そのため、この件についてセラーに3回ほどメールを送ったのですが返信がない状況です。

Item page from which I purchased showed that shipment to Japan could be arranged,
but the payment screen did not allow it.
Because of that I sent about 3 emails to the seller regarding this matter, but so far I have not heard from them. What should I do?

I have no idea the product broke whether during shipment to Florida or to Japan.
Should I research it though I don’t think I can get a definite result.
