商品が壊れたのがフロリダへの輸送中か日本への輸送中かはわかりません。
多分確定はできないと思いますが調べてみたほうがいいですか？

あと、できればこの商品は欲しいのですが、また壊れてしまう可能性もあるので返金でお願いしたいです。

この商品の支払いの件です。
購入時の商品ページでは日本へ送ることが可能になっていたのですが、
決済の画面では送れなくなっていました。
そのため、この件についてセラーに3回ほどメールを送ったのですが返信がない状況です。
どうすればいいですか？
