商品が壊れたのがフロリダへの輸送中か日本への輸送中かはわかりません。
多分確定はできないと思いますが調べてみたほうがいいですか？

あと、できればこの商品は欲しいのですが、また壊れてしまう可能性もあるので返金でお願いしたいです。

この商品の支払いの件です。
購入時の商品ページでは日本へ送ることが可能になっていたのですが、
決済の画面では送れなくなっていました。
そのため、この件についてセラーに3回ほどメールを送ったのですが返信がない状況です。
どうすればいいですか？

I don't know if the item was broken during transportation to Florida or to Japan.
I don't think I can find it out, but should I check on it?

Also, I want this item if possible, but it may be broken again so I'd like to ask you for refund.

This is in regard to the payment for this item.
Item page from which I purchased showed that shipment to Japan could be arranged,
but the payment screen did not allow it.
Because of that I sent about 3 emails to the seller regarding this matter, but so far I have not heard from them. What should I do?
