というのも、アカウントを作成した国が日本なので、そちらのPayPalとは仕組みが違うからです。
その代わり、PayPalがEメールで住所の証明をしてくれるとのことです。
PayPalからの連絡をご確認下さい。

This is because the Paypal account was made in Japan, and the account system in Japan is different from that in your country.
Instead, Paypal told me that Paypal will verify the address using e-mail.

Sorry to inform that I am unable to get you the screen shot of confirmed shipping address.
Because, I created the account in Japan and this is different from that Paypal settings.
Instead, Paypal offers the address verification by E-mail.
