というのも、アカウントを作成した国が日本なので、そちらのPayPalとは仕組みが違うからです。
その代わり、PayPalがEメールで住所の証明をしてくれるとのことです。
PayPalからの連絡をご確認下さい。

Please note that I cannot provide you with the screen-shot of the confirmed shipping address.
This is because the Paypal account was made in Japan, and the account system in Japan is different from that in your country.
Instead, Paypal told me that Paypal will verify the address using e-mail.
Please check the message from Paypal.
