It is sure this letter is related to B but it has check mark in the information box related to A.
By this way, this document may be distributed to a sub-system as information even though this document is related B. (Please find an attached old letter for your reference)

This letter is surely about B.
However, there is a check in the information section of A.
Even if it is a document about B, there is a case in which it is given out as information to the sub-systems concerned.
(Please refer to the attached past letters as examples.)

This letter is about B.
But, I found that the information of A was checked also.
Because it is the document for B, there might be relative information distributed to the subsystem .
(Refer to the letter of the past attached as a reference example.)
So, I think it is OK to receive it as A, and there is need for receipt number.
