このレターは確かにBに関するレターです。
ですが、Aのインフォメーション欄にチェックが付けられています。
Bに関するドキュメントだったとしても、関連するサブシステムにインフォメーションとして配布される場合があります。
（参考例として添付の過去のレターをご欄ください。）
ですので、Aとして受領しているものと私は理解しているので、受領番号が必要だと考えた次第です。
