Thank you all the time.
I have already delivered the item on 13th of April.
As I confirmed with the post office, the item got rejected by the customers and is now during return to my company.

There is no problem in refunding because I can receive the item, but I can't bear receiving reduction of the seller rating although my company did nothing bad.
Can we keep the current rating?
And can we recoup he shipping cost?
