いつもお世話になっております。
私は商品を4月13日に発送完了しております。
郵便局に確認したところ、その商品はお客様に受け取りを拒否されたとのことで、
現在弊社に返送している途中とのことでした。
商品が戻ってくるとのことなので、もちろん返金することは問題ありませんが、
弊社に非がないのに、セラーレイティングを下げられるのは納得できません。
レイティングは維持されますか？
また送料は戻って来ますか？
お忙しいところ恐縮ですが、ご回答よろしくお願い致します。

I have shipped out the item on April 13.
I checked with the Post Office, and they replied me that the client declined to receive the item and therefore the item is now returning to us.
As the item will be returned to us, there is no problem for me to give you a refund.
But it is not fair that my seller rating will become lower even though I have no fault.
Will my rating be maintained without lowering?
Will the shipping fee refunded?
