いつもお世話になっております。
私は商品を4月13日に発送完了しております。
郵便局に確認したところ、その商品はお客様に受け取りを拒否されたとのことで、
現在弊社に返送している途中とのことでした。
商品が戻ってくるとのことなので、もちろん返金することは問題ありませんが、
弊社に非がないのに、セラーレイティングを下げられるのは納得できません。
レイティングは維持されますか？
また送料は戻って来ますか？
お忙しいところ恐縮ですが、ご回答よろしくお願い致します。

I have already shipped your product on April 13.

I made inquiry to Japan post and they tolled that the product was on its return way because the recipient denied receiving package.

As the product is returning, I don’t have any problem for refund, but I cannot understand why my seller rating will be pulled down even though I made nothing wrong.

Is my seller rating remained as before?
And, is my shipping cost refunded?
