いつもお世話になっております。
私は商品を4月13日に発送完了しております。
郵便局に確認したところ、その商品はお客様に受け取りを拒否されたとのことで、
現在弊社に返送している途中とのことでした。
商品が戻ってくるとのことなので、もちろん返金することは問題ありませんが、
弊社に非がないのに、セラーレイティングを下げられるのは納得できません。
レイティングは維持されますか？
また送料は戻って来ますか？
お忙しいところ恐縮ですが、ご回答よろしくお願い致します。

Thank you all the time.
I have already delivered the item on 13th of April.
As I confirmed with the post office, the item got rejected by the customers and is now during return to my company.

There is no problem in refunding because I can receive the item, but I can't bear receiving reduction of the seller rating although my company did nothing bad.
Can we keep the current rating?
And can we recoup he shipping cost?
I'd appreciate your response. Thank you in advance.
