・現在、御社の製品はamazon.co.jpで販売されていますが、小売店向けの卸売もしていますか?日本の販売事情には詳しくないかもしれませんが、ご存知でしたら教えて下さい。お取引が成立すれば、弊社で取り組むことも可能です。
・支払いの条件を教えて下さい。ペイパルでの支払いは可能でしょうか?手数料は弊社で負担します

・I notice that your products are being sold at amazon.co.jp, but are you distributing them to other retailers? You may not know the details around Japanese market but please help me to understand if you know anything. If this works out, we can also sell them in Japan.
・Let us know your terms around payment. Can we make payment on PayPal? In that case, we will bear the transaction fee.
May I ask you some questions?
・Now your products are selling on amazon.jp. Are you selling to retailers as well? Though you might not know much about selling situation in Japan, please let me know if you have any information. If this transaction is done successfully, we may deal with your products in Japan.
・Please give us the payment conditions. Can you accept payment through PayPal? We will bear the commission.

I think you do not have much knowledge about mail-order business in Japan, but if you have some, please let me know. If this deal is smoothly went on, we can be your dealer for mail-order business in Japan.
・Could you tell me your payment term and condition? Is it possible to make payment via PayPal? If it can be, we will shoulder service charge for PayPal
・最初のお取引ということもありますので、注文数量を500個に抑えて欲しいです。製品の単価が少しあがっても構いません。
・納期を教えて下さい。PSEの検査には少し時間がかかると思っています
