I think our mansion brand surely got high reputation in japan from customers’ evaluation of our steady growth. Since 10 years ago we have carried out a survey work on housing development abroad, having anticipated the trend of population decrease and super-aging society in Japan. During the past several years we have carried out mansion and service apartment development in China, Malaysia, and Indonesia. During that process (of housing development abroad なくてもいい), we felt that Japanese quality of house making was surely splendid.

We are proud of our brand of condos achieving a measure of legitimacy in Japan, as you have evaluated. We have proceeded the investigation of developing residential houses overseas for about 10 years, in a nod to Japan's future facing the decreasing population, super-aging society and the contraction of domestic demand. We have even developed our business to China, Malaysia and Indonesia for several years. We always realize the wonderful quality of Japanese housing industry in developing residential houses overseas.
