今までの堅実な歩みをご評価頂き、私達のマンションブランドは、日本において一定のご評価を頂けているものと自負いたしております。10年ほど前より、人口減少と超高齢化を迎える日本の未来と内需の縮小を鑑み、海外での住宅開発の調査研究を進めて参りました。そしてここ数年、中国、マレーシア、インドネシアにおいてのマンションやサービスアパートメント開発を進めるに至っています。海外での住宅開発において感じることは、日本の住宅作りの品質はやはり素晴らしいということです。
I think our mansion brand surely got high reputation in japan from customers’ evaluation of our steady growth. Since 10 years ago we have carried out a survey work on housing development abroad, having anticipated the trend of population decrease and super-aging society in Japan. During the past several years we have carried out mansion and service apartment development in China, Malaysia, and Indonesia. During that process (of housing development abroad なくてもいい), we felt that Japanese quality of house making was surely splendid.
