According to the tracking number, the item was delivered on May 4 and it has been kept since then.

I heard from the buyer that the product had not been arrived.
When I asked if I refund money in full or ship new product again with a tracking number, I was told to resend the product.

I immediately send it by special delivery(EMS a tracking number EL004582553JP ) .

I checked the delivery status, and found out that the product was stored due to the absence, though it was arrived on May 4.

I was informed by a buyer that the item didn’t arrive and asked the buyer which the buyer would like to, refund full amount or reship the brand-new item with tracking service. The buyer’s reply was to reship the item.
I sent the item via express mail (EMS tracking No.:EL004582553JP) right away.
As I checked the tracking service, I found that the item was in the custody due to absence of the buyer on May 4.
