The item was sent by registered air mail. You can track the parcel at the following site though you may not be able to track the parcel once it is outside of Japan. (We do not know if you can track it outside of Japan or not.)
The tracking service is better in EMS and we cannot expect the same service for the registered mail.

I sent the goods by registered air mail. You can track the delivery status on the following web site. However, as for the delivery status after the goods was out of Japan, you may not track the shipment exactly (Availability of tracking depends on the situation.). In this respect, this tracking service is not as satisfactory as EMS service. You cannot expect the same tracking accuracy as EMS. There are cases in which the delivery status after the goods arrive in America can be tracked on the following web site. In the case of EMS, the phone number of the shipping address is required to be shown.
