I received an email from you saying that ○○ was shipped on April 24th, but since then there was correspondence indicating on May 1st indicating that it hadn't actually been shipped and that the silver was out of stock.

I requested a refund for the silver, but instead you said you would be shipping a different color without asking me.

Then you once again acted without asking me by saying that on Sunday silver will arrive and you will ship it.
I am getting upset at you continually acting on your own.

I needed the item right away, so since it hasn't been shipped yet I have suffered a significant loss.

I will be cancelling my entire order, so please refund my money promptly.
