You sent me an email to say you shipped on April 24th but in fact it hadn't been shipped and I was contacted to be told there were no stocks of silver left.

I requested a refund for the silver but you told me you would send a different colour of your own accord.

Then you decided that you would send me the silver once it arrive on Monday.
I feel angry at your frequently arbitrary decisions.

I needed that product straight away but it has still no been sent and I have received a heavy loss.
