申し訳ないのですが、 追加料金が高いのでサンプルオーダーはキャンセルしたいです。しかし、サンプルは展示会で必要なので2月 16日から23日の1週間貸して頂くのは可能ですか。確認ですが、先月、 間違って1件のオーダー 分をあなたに同じメールで2度ご報告してしていました。 従って先 月のオーダーは、1件のみです。

We are sorry but we would like to cancel the sample order due to the high additional cost. However we need samples for the exhibition, so could you lend us the ones for a week from February 16th to February 23. Just let us confirm that we placed one order last month, although we mistakenly reported you in duplicated emails about one order.
