When I received it, a flower and a bee were detached and also the both wings of the bee were broken.
When you sent me it, how was it?

I have bought "Swarovski Crystal" from you at Ebay.
I have received it, but The Bee is separeted from The flower. And both of The Bee's wings were broken.
Was there something wrong with "Swarovski Crystal" when you shipped it?
And could you refund my money if I return it?
