On the product page, the item comes with a box, but the actual item received was merely wrapped in a bubble wrap.
I guess I was mistaken because I was expecting to receive the item with a box.
If I knew the box was not included, I wouldn't have ordered that item.
I would suggest you that you should not list an item on the product page if it is not meant to be shipped in the same condition as it may be misleading to customers.

My packages are well wrapped and clearly labeled and it will get there safely. But if you want express air mail, I can send you an invoice to pay the extra amount for express air mail with tracking.
