電池が届きました。

インボイスを確認したところ、ゲームソフトと記述がありますが、
Pakeage/Docs Includedにはなぜか存在していません。
商品はMYUSに6/23に到着しています。
追跡番号は9400109699937782811401です。

またView Photosで全商品を確認しましたが、
電池の写真はありませんでした。

One of them that I ordered was a game soft. However, I received a battery instead.

Confirming the invoice, the description says "game soft" but it is not included in Pakeage/Docs Included.

輸入後、私達が商品を確認し、不良があった場合のみご連絡します。
その場合でもできる限り返品をしたくないので、（何故なら関税などが返ってこないですし、お互いに損をするので）値引きなどで対処させて頂くことが多いです。
bについてですが、明かな不良品でも返品するときは再度関税がこちら負担ということでしょうか？
