当社で在庫していたER01を1週間程前に販売しましたが、

スライダーを低速で作動させた時にスムーズに動かず、カクカクとした感じになります。

ただし一方向のみです。スムーズに動かない方向は何かの拍子に入れ変わります。
お客様から動画も送ってもらいました。

Is it possible for you to see the part where causing a problem? Is it possible to exchange it to a new part for the customer? Please let me know how.

The client Michael said that unfortunately the segmentation sometimes cannot be changed in the source texts. Hence, we decided the following:

If a sentence in AGITO Translate is split into e.g. 3 segments, please fill in the *ENTIRE* translation of the sentence in the first segment and leave the other segments empty OR change the translations of the semgents around so that in the end the sentence will be correct in the final .xml. It is OK if the source segment does not match the target segment anymore.

I hope this is feasible for you, please let me know your feedback

しかし、クライアントのMichael氏によると、ソース内のテキスト上の分割は不可能な場合があるそうです。したがって、以下の方法に決めました。

もし、AGITO Translate上の一つの文章に対して例えば3つに分割する場合、翻訳文章の最初のセグメント*全部*を埋め、他のセグメントを空欄にするか、もしくはセグメントの翻訳を変えていく事によって、最終の.xml.で文章を正しくするかにして下さい。ソースのセグメントが目的のセグメントと一致しなくても構いません。

これで実行できれば良いと願いますが、フィードバックを宜しくお願い致します。
