敷地は100坪以上という条件のもと、土地探しからスタートした【トトロ】の家。
色々と探した甲斐あって、164坪の土地に191坪の農地が合わさった映画「となりのトトロ」の原風景の様な敷地と出会う事が出来た。
屋根形状は周辺建物との一体性を考え切妻屋根とし、大屋根とする事で平屋的な佇まいを表現できる様にした。
田んぼや小川からの心地よい風を取り入れる大きな窓や、季節によってその「居所」を変えていける大きな回廊式の縁側など、この環境を活かした自然体で居心地よく暮らせる建物を目指した。

The "Totoro" house project started with the search of the lot, with the condition to be more than 100 tsubo (approx. 330sqm) or larger.

With much effort, we were able to discover the site, which is a combination of 164 tsubo (approx. 541sqm) lot and 191 tsubo (approx. 630 sqm) farmland. It is as we are in the world of the movie " My Neighbor Totoro".

We used gable roof design to match the surrounding architecture. We also used a big roof to give the house its one-story-home look.

We aimed to give a comfortable and natural lifestyle to make the most of this environment with: big windows to let winds through from rice fields and small streams, large cloistered Engawa (Japanese style veranda) that the residents can use different corners depending on the season.

パーツ類に関してですが、テールピースは重く磁石に反応しないことから亜鉛と思われ正確にオリジナルかは不明でございます。
ブリッジはABR-1となっておりナッシュビルタイプから交換されている可能性はございます。また、ストラップピンが交換されております。
その他交換されやすい場所としてポット類がございますが、全て78〜79年製の物となっておりますのでオリジナルと思われます。

新婚旅行でのイタリア周遊です。
電車ではかなり大変そうな２箇所だったのでこちらのツアーを利用しました。移動中の車窓からの景色もキレイですし、半日で両方回れるし、先に寄ったプラダで買い物したものもバスの中に置いたままモールで買い物もできるし、たくさんのブランド品を抱えたままバスや電車に乗らずに済むので安心ですし、おススメです。モールの中にもプラダがありましたが、やはりSPACEと比べると品揃えが違います。SPACEは種類も豊富だし、とても安いです！

It was relaxing.
For our honeymoon, we traveled around Italy.
It seemed quite difficult to take the train to go to these 2 places, so we took this tour.
We recommend this tour for the beautiful view from the car, convenient timing to go to 2 places in half day, security to leave the goods that we bought at Prada (where we stopped by first) on the bus to go to the mall and we didn't have to take bus or train carrying many bags from brand shops. There was also a Prada shop at the mall, but cannot beat SPACE's merchandise. SPACE carries a wide range of goods, and also very reasonable!

初めてのイタリアで集合場所など、すぐに分かるか不安でしたが、分かりやすい場所で迷う事なくバスに乗れました。
ドルチェアンドガッバーナ、ベルサーチ、ザーモールの３箇所を回ったのですが、時間配分もゆっくり取ってあって、お茶ができる位、余裕がありました。
ザ・モールでは、プラダ・グッチ・フェラガモ・セルジオロッシ・マルニ・アルマーニ・クリスチャンディオール・ボッテガ・トッズなどなど・・・名だたるイタリアブランドが入っていて、バックや靴など、とっても充実していました。

Since it was my first time in Italy, I was worried about finding the meeting spot, but it was very easy to find and we got on the bus fine.

We went to Doce & Gabbana, Versace, and The Mall. We had plenty of time, enough to have a cup of tea.

At The Mall, there were all the famous Italian brands such as Prada, Gucci, Ferragamo, Sergio Rossi, Marni, Armani, Christian Dior, Bottega, Tod's etc. with so much handbags and shoes.
