we were trying to use the custom setting to change from lx to fc prior to them being taken out on the field. However, the custom settings option will not come up on either meter. I tried calling the seller to see if I was doing something incorrectly, but found out I was not. They told me it must be a programming issue and that they have never heard of the defect before and were worried why it was occurring on both meters (the gentleman on the phone said he had one in front of him that was working properly and even spoke to his repair team for further information). I would like to send them back with a full refund as we bought these items for use in foot candles and cannot adjust the settings due to this issue.
