Thank you for the review but there is no correction, you just re-arranged the sentences. This is called semantics, and that does not constitute a correction. precondition used in your context means that the previous condition of the contract have changed, so this would be incorrect. 'the visa' does not include the meaning of 申請, you need the word 'application '.
When you say the date as 'the 1st November ', you need 'of' as the 1st of November, or you say November the 1st without 'of'. That is why your sentence is incorrect.
It is 前提条件 and not 前条件, so your 'previous condition' is incorrect.
Before 'so', you need , or . The last sentence also sounds very unnatural.
