test1では地図が表示されました。しかし添付のように車アイコンを押しても、経路検索が出来ません。
地図アプリが起動したときにGPSの許可も求められませんでした。
tes2では地図が開かないままでした。
二つの問題があります。
一つ目は、iOS6になったので地図の開き方がネイティブ地図の場合変わったのでは無いでしょうか？
二つ目は、マルチバイト文字の住所で地図が開きません。
参照にしているアプリ(go_home)では、マルチバイト文字も使用可能です。

In test 1, the map was displayed. However, like in the attachment, even when I click the car icon, I couldn't do a direction search.
The map application also did not ask for permission to use GPS when it started.
In test 2, the map could not be opened.
There are two problems.
Problem one is that the method for opening maps might have changed in the case of the native map since the OS is now iOS6.
Problem two is that addresses with multibyte characters cannot be opened in the map.
In the application (go_home) I used as reference, it was possible to use multibyte characters.
