AとBではwasherとSmall bearingの大きさと厚みが違います。
Aを使用すると3枚目の写真のとおり、ボルトとベアリングの間に隙間ができます。
厚みが違うため、Aを使用するとCamera Craneとtripodが固定できません。
グラグラします。
AはBで使用することはできないと思います。
BのwasherとSmall bearingを2セット送ってください。
写真2枚目のパーツだけです。

Looking at A and B, there are some differences in the size and thickness of the washer and the small bearing.
When I use A, it makes some space between the bolt and the bearing as you can see in the third picture. Also, I can't fix the Camera Crane to tripod using A, because of the difference of those thickness. It's unstable.
So, I don't think that A can be used for B.
Please send me two sets of Washer and Small bearing of B, which are some parts in the second picture.
