A company Totuban insatu combited O2O promotion system, "LinkPlace" with personal crowd service, "Evernote" and it develop new service "LinkPlace for Exhibition" which is expanded for the use of exhibitions, retail stores and document distributions. the company also announced that it will provide the service in late August.
Such service is meant to enable people to obtain document's data that is distribited at a exihibition and retail store in convenient way. Therefore, there is no need to carry back heavy documents and by accessing to "Evernote", we can check the detail of document.

When paticipants come to a exhibition for an advance paticipation enrollment, they write the account of "Evernote". On the day of the exhibition, participants receive an IC tag which is recorded an account information, and when they scan it into a device loading NFC in the booth where the device is placed, the outline of the data will be sent to paticipants' "Evernote".
Also, we fulfilled to cut the paper consumpution that exhibiting firms and groups destribute in the exhibition. Moreover, we are able to reduce burden of promotion such as sending direct e-mail to paticipants.
