Until now, authors have developed a two-pole device that has both of electrodes in the device in order to add the electric taste to food and drink. Using newly the humanbody having a circuit, this paper proposes a one-pole device that means having one pole in the device and the other pole in the mouth. Also, along with examining the safety of the one-pole device's action, this paper evaluates the taste presentation of every polarity that has newly been enabled by the one-pole device. And, it conducted experimental research that a difference in the taste experience due to different polarity that is provided by touching directly polarity to the lingual surface is applicable or not if it is not by directly polarity but by food and drink.
