⑦甲が日頃より使っているFacebook等のSNSにおいて、TCPの企画・活動に参加する過程での、TCPあるいは、その周り・関係者等に対する一切の誹謗中傷、イメージダウンになる表現を使用しないものとする。
⑨個人間で、香港での案件が発生した場合は、TCPの専属マネージャーに連絡・相談するものとする。香港での活動においても、基本的にTCP専属マネージャーが現場に付き添うなど管轄するものとするが、甲乙両者間の話し合い次第では、場合によっては甲単独での活動の形態を採ることもある。

(7) B shall not, in the SNS like Facebook which B always uses, use any representation which may be abusing against its staffs or related persons and which may damage their image during its activities made in course of any project or activity offered by TCP.
(9) If any activity in Hong Kong between B and other individual, B shall report and consult with the exclusive manager of TCP. Essentially TCP shall also control B's activities in Hong Kong, the dedicated manager from TCP accompanying B, provided that, B's activities in Hong Kong may be conducted by B itself as the case may be, if agreed by the both parties.
