こちらは他社から依頼されて購入した商品なので、これ以上待たせることができません。

Regarding the boots which I asked you for the replacement, you cannot accept returing the goods and payment?
As this is the goods I asked to purchase from other company, so I cannot wait them anymore.

As for the boots I asked for an exchange, could I actually ask for return and refund?
This is an item I was asked by another company to purchase, so I cannot have them wait any longer.
I have already sent back the item, so it would be helpful if you could refund as soon as you receive it.
