これは販売が難しいと思います

設定に間違いがあるでしょうか？
イギリスは51件メールを既に送っています
改善方法を教えてください

I will inform you about documents which has already been arrived until today.
"Kanji" was delivered 14pcs but it is still not enough for 6 pcs.
All other book was delivered all.
Among delivered books, one of "No4" book has trace of seal and it is sticky.
I think it is difficult to sell.
And about others, there are small problems but there are a little trace of folding about 1pc of "No1" and 2pcs of "No4" and 1pc of "Kanji".
I will attach image files.
And there is still 0 about "EMAILS SENT" for USA and Canada.
Is there anything wrong about setting?
I have already sent 51 pcs email to UK.
Please tell me way how to improve it.
