安全、確実に早くお届けするため書留便で発送しましたが、留守がちな方にとっては、いい結果にはならないようです。通常はこのような場合には再発送料を頂くのですが、今回は特別にこちらの好意で送料を負担させて頂きます。一度発送しましたので、輸送事情により商品の箱に潰れや凹みが見受けられますが、どうかご容赦ください。(商品の中身は全く問題ありません)

こちらに商品が戻ってからの発送となりますが、よろしいでしょうか ?

I sent the item by registered mail to ensure it was delivered safely and quickly, however it seems that it doesn't suit those who work or are not often at home. In such cases I usually ask for an second shipping fee, but this time I will pay the shipping fee myself due to the inconvenience caused. Please note that the box may be slightly crushed or dented to the fact that it has been shipped twice. (Rest assured - the contents will not have any damage whatsoever.)

I will ship the item again as soon as I have received it back. I hope this is OK.
