Ordering process between party A and B, delivery location, delivery procedure, inspection, transfer of ownership, and other issues related to delivery of the goods must be discussed between two parties each time.
All transactions with foreign countries to comply with the agreement of the FCO and LOI.
Article 5
Terms of Payment: When party B purchase products from Party A, all the product price shall be paid in advance.
In case of advance delivery due to large orders, party B is deemed to have party A’s consent at their own risk.
For payment method, either cash payment or deposit into bank account designated by party A shall be used.
