The same product I've sent your country a while ago is on hold at the customs. It may be taking some time to process but I wonder if you could check the customs in your country and see if the item is legitimate to import. If it is sent back to Japan, you would end up paying the shipping fee. Also, the item doesn't contain gas. If the item cannot be imported, I will cancel the deal and refund the total cost. Just a while ago, the product sent to your country was stopped at the customs. It was just because the paperwork was late but just to be safe, can you please contact your country's customs department to confirm if the product is something which can be imported? If the product is returned to Japan, the delivery charge will be borne by the customer. Moreover, there is no gas in the product. If this is a product which cannot be imported, the deal will have to be canceled and there will be a full refund.
