先月、御社のJapan Market担当のAliさんから連絡をいただき
御社製品の卸売販売について説明を受けました。
すでに添付したプライスリストを頂いており
配送方法や代金の支払い方法についても確認済みです。
販売開始の準備が整ったのでAliさんに電話とメールでコンタクトしましたが、
全く連絡がつかなくなってしまいました。
よって、こちらにメール連絡をしました。
取引開始にあたり、配送方法について改めて確認したいので

Last month I was contacted by your Ali-san who is in charge of Japanese market and received an explanation about whole sale of your products.
I have already received the attached price list and confirmed about delivery and payment.
Since we were ready for sales I tried to contact Ali-san by both telephone and e-males, howeer I have failed to contact him completely.
