日本での試作につきまして、AさんとBさんに相談致しました。
その結果、C様の日本出張は必須ではないとの結論になりました。
i consulted A and B-san about creating a prototype in Japan. As a result it was concluded that C-sama's business trip to Japan is not essential.
・今回の試作の目的は量産機のスケールダウン条件でのサンプル製作になるので、そのままサンプルを製作します。
The objective of the prototype this time is to create a sample with the scalediwn requirements of the mass priduction machinery so we will create a sample as is.
・できたサンプルはすぐに送ります。DHLで発送して宜しいでしょうか。
The finished sample will be immediately sent. Will sending by DHL be good?

If it's okay please tell me the destination, receiver and account number.
　また、できたサンプルの外観チェックをお願いします。
