I am not aware of the business custom of property sales/purchases for Japanese people in the US.
For this reason, I am not fully understanding the intent of the received email.
Is it correct understand that the e-mail indicates "You would like me to judge to see if I am selling the property after repair since it would cost 10,000 dollars to fix, or selling it at the sale price (24,900 dollars) after subtracting 10,000 dollars"?
In order for me to judge appropriately would you please explain more about the details of the current status and matters I need to judge?
