以前は、トナーのカバーを開けてギアを回す方法で解決することがあった。
前回のロットからはマイナスドライバーでトナーのギアを回して解決する方法に変わった。
その時に、トナー本体のバーコードを確認するようにKeikoに言われた。
今後はトナーのリセット方法やバーコードの確認方法を記載した書類を入れる必要がある。これは御社の問題なので弊社からは資料を提供するので弊社のカラー書類と同梱して下さい。

Some error of recognition are happening on TN123-compatible toners. I've written this to Keiko.
I used to open a toner cover and turn a gear inside to fix this sometimes.
After a previous lot had come along, it's changed to turn a gear with a minus driver.
Keiko then told me to check a barcode attached on a toner body.
I have to put a document to explain how to reset toner and check a barcode and include it in a package. I would appreciate if you could bundle the document with other full color document from us, since this issue is your problem.
