Yes I understand the situation and I called USPS to make missing mail request and they have said it is not at USPS location 90009 where it was last scanned. I will let you talk to Japanese mail to try and figure it out but please understand on my end to. $350 is a lot of money for an item that is probably lost. Have you tried contacting PayPal? Maybe they have a better way of getting your money reimbursed.
