日本で行われる2月の展示会に出品したいと思っております。
1月初旬にエアーでお送りいただくことは可能でしょうか？
可能であれば、改めて、お送りいただきたい商品の品番をご連絡いたします。

I don't have any issues besides that, so please proceed the project.
This will be a sample work I'm thinking to have it for the exhibition that will be held in February.
Would it be possible for you to send it via air in the beginning of January?
If so, I will send you the numbers of each product that I'd like you to send later.
