日本から商品を発送していますので、今から出荷してもクリスマスには間に合いません。
そのことについてお客にメールで連絡をしていますが、返信がありません。
この場合、どのように対応するのが宜しいでしょうか？
速達で送ってもクリスマスに間に合わなければ返品されてしまうと思うので対応に困っています。
