日本から商品を発送していますので、今から出荷してもクリスマスには間に合いません。
そのことについてお客にメールで連絡をしていますが、返信がありません。
この場合、どのように対応するのが宜しいでしょうか？
速達で送ってもクリスマスに間に合わなければ返品されてしまうと思うので対応に困っています。
よろしくお願いします。

We sent a product from Japan so, it can't reach there until Christmas either way we sent it soon.
We have been informing about it to customer but, we haven't got any reply yet.
In this case, what should we deal whit it?
If we sent it by express delivery, it would be sent back to us when doesn't reach there until Christmas, we are wondering how to deal with it.
