発送伝票を確認したところお客様宛発送の記録がなく、確認の結果我々のスタッフが送り忘れていた事が分かりました。ご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ありません。同じ商品の在庫がありましたので本日発送致しました。追跡番号はXで、以下のサイトから状況を確認出来ます。サイトに追跡番号が反映されるまで1~2日タイムラグがある場合があります。また商品Aは2日に発送完了しましたが、宛先不明で返送されて来たため引取りました。日本の郵便局、税関は問題なく通過したものの英国の郵便局で暫く滞留していた様です。
